If you haven’t heard of Mariah MacCarthy or Leta Tremblay, or their fabulous theater company Caps Lock Theatre, then you’re welcome, because now you have, and your life just got a lot better.
I was lucky enough to be asked to perform at the third annual PUSSYFEST, an event where playwrights are paired together with actresses and write a custom-made monologue about the body for that performer. This year, Caps Lock has 139 artists involved for three nights of performances. My monologue has been hatched by the handsome and talented playwright Duncan Pflaster, and will be directed by Molly Marinik for the night of November 2nd.
